How to apply?

You can apply through our Online Application Form. This form will guide you through the application process. If your application has passed successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. From the moment you enter your personal details and upload the relevant documents through the application form, your information is accessible to us.

What happens with your application?

Our recruiters will assess your application and our aim is to contact you no later than 3 weeks after your application.

If your profile matches one of our vacancies, we will organise an interview with one of our recruiters. If this is successful, you will be invited for a second interview, with the hiring manager for this vacancy.

Should your application not correspond to any vacancy, we will notify you by e-mail and keep your details in our applicant database for future references. If a new opportunity arises, we will contact you.

What kind of vacancies does DEME offer?

Working at DEME equals being involved in ambitious projects, on board of our vessels and jackup platforms, on site, at our headquarters in Zwijndrecht, Belgium or in other offices worldwide.

Can I apply spontaneously?

Yes, you can apply spontaneously.  Our recruiters will assess your CV, motivation letter and match those to our available vacancies. You can find the spontaneous application vacancies on our Jobs page.

Does DEME offer opportunities for unexperienced candidates?

Yes, of course. If you have an interesting educational background but no work experience DEME offers an extensive training and development programme, which can be tailor made to your function and ambitions.
