We're looking for a Junior Technical Development Manager whom work alongside colleagues in the technical development team and report to the Technical Manager DEME Concessions. Person will provide commercial and technical support for development projects from initiation up until FC.
The IT Business Partner will serve as a primary link between the IT department and the transformation and program teams for asset management.
The main goal of the partner is to develop IT roadmaps, execute solution discovery, improve service management, … The IT Business Partner will not only offer expert consulting services but will also actively participate in technology projects and initiatives. They need to communicate relevant updates (strategy, projects, initiatives, service performance, …) both to the IT community and to the business stakeholders. They play a key role in sharing knowledge across the company and identify synergies related to technology.
In partnership, they identify opportunities to increase efficiency and/or business value of IT.
The IT Business partner will liaise with the IT Departments for the shared IT Services and will also manage the IT Product Team for Maximo. The Maximo Product Team will consist of internal & external resources to develop, maintain & support DEME’s Maximo environment.
Within the DEME IT organization, we are setting up a DevOps governance process, that will also support departments outside of the IT environment. To accelerate this, we are looking for an experienced DEVOPS engineer who contributes with her/his experience and knowledge to the success of this roll-out.

You will be part of the DEME legal department, situated at DEME’s headquarters, with an extensive and complimentary team of in-house legal counsels, each of them covering and responsible for one or more geographical areas in the world, DEME business units and particular professional domains.
As a System Engineer you are responsible for the design, configuration and support of our IT installations worldwide. Next to that you provide general network support and you give internal trainings when you feel it's needed.
As a Transport Coordinator you are responsible for assisting the Procurement organization to secure the supplies to the DEME Fleet worldwide and to organize transport for our projects within the EU. Thorough administration, follow up on the planning and coordination with stakeholders are key to success.
