Oversee all HR matters at DEME Offshore US, in close collaboration with local HR Administrator and the respective HR teams based in European HQFull-cycle recruitment, workforce planning for permanent & contingent staffTake care of the onboarding and offboarding processesEnsure state and federal employment law complianceProvide talent and performance management guidance to line managementProvide D&I, Health & Wellbeing guidance to DEME Offshore US communityMaintain, enforce and update policies and employee handbookEmployee relations: draft PIPs, conduct investigationsManage weekly, biweekly and monthly multistate payrolls for executive, salaried and union staffMonitor and enforce PLAsGuide expat employees with visa process, in collaboration with HR Visa TeamManage both union and non-union benefits cycle, from renewal to open enrollment to audit process Supervise local HR AdministratorSupport national and global mobility for local and expat staffOversee & Maintain local Workers’ Compensation policies and complianceYou have an HR degree or a degree in a relevant discipline;Preferred - Experience working for international and/or publicly traded companiesPrior experience as HRBP or HR Supervisor; 5+ years experience in HR a mustComfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment with expat and local staffExperience with union labor and well-versed in HR law
