As a Data Analytics Specialist (Project Controls), you will focus on Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics for Offshore construction projects. You will be part of a Project Controls and Data Analytics team that is responsible to provide data solutions for different audiences ranging from project teams offshore to top management. The team sets reporting standards for DEME Offshore and ensures that projects and tenders comply with the requirements. As part of the team, you will be working on technical aspects (developing data input forms/tools, transforming data), as well as data interpretation and visualization for business users.
As Technical Superintendent Offshore, you work as part of one of our vessel teams, where you will be responsible for the coordination of maintenance and repairing activities of vessel(s) assigned and/or its equipment or other assets. Your main base will be at our HQ in Belgium or in our office in Breda, the Netherlands.

As an Operational Buyer Team Coordinator for DEME Group, you will coordinate a team of operational buyers to achieve R2P (Request to Pay) given objectives. You will constantly analyse operational KPIs and data in order to suggest improvements and solve issues. You will serve as SPOC (single point of contact) for our operational team to handle overall communication. You will also perform duties as Operational buyer in part of your time. You will Report to the Lead Category Manager of Shipyards and Machinery Equipment.
