Summary

As a project manager for dockings you are responsible for the overall management of the project. This will include activities like major repairs, mobilisations and modifications of our fleet. Depending on the size, you will manage one or more projects simultaneously.

Make sure that the project is on schedule, by frequent contact with internal departments and 3rd parties and by making clear agreements with everyone involved;
Ensure that the project is completed within budget, by proper monitoring of costs and by controlling variation orders to the contract during the project;
Close contact with all related stakeholders like, Operations, QHSE, Purchasing and Logistics, HR, Crewing, Finance and Vessel Teams;
Next to the docking projects, you can potentially also be involved as a (junior) Project Manager on an operational project site as a part of a career plan within the DEME group.
Regular reporting towards management.

More than 5 years of experience in project management;
Great communication skills in English, knowledge of any other language is a plus;
Analytical thinker;
Hands-on mentality and team player;
Willing to travel abroad regularly for mainly short trips;

Business Analyst DEME Concessions – Hyport Energy

We're looking for a Business Analyst who'll strengthen the Hyport Energy corporate development team, reporting to the General Manager. The position will be based at the Head Office of the DEME Group, and be directly involved with the multidisciplinary project development teams. The Business Analyst must have a desire to work in international teams and have attention to detail. It is expected to be flexible in terms of location of projects and travel frequently on a fly-in/ fly-out basis. The Business Analyst might be relocated for several months to a particular area according to the project(s) she/he is involved in.

Service Engineer Watertreatment

Als service engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de exploitatie en het onderhoud van proceswater- en afvalwaterwaterzuiveringsinstallaties. Je beheert hierbij het volledige traject van deze contracten, gaande van het opstellen van een technische offerte tot de correcte uitvoering van het contract en de veilige en kwaliteitsvolle afronding van het project.
DEME-water, specialist in waterzuivering en -hergebruik binnen de DEME-groep, spitst zich toe op hoogtechnologisch zuivering van industrieel afvalwater en verontreinigd grondwater, evenals de productie van industrieel proceswater, vertrekkende van diverse waterbronnen.

BIM Coördinator

Ben je gebeten door BIM en multidisciplinaire infrastructuurprojecten? Beschik je over een grondige kennis van Autodesk Civil 3D om mee te denken met de BIM Modelleurs? Dan is deze functie wellicht iets voor jou.

Als BIM-coördinator maak je deel uit van de BIM-cel die ten dienste staat van hele projectteam die instaat voor het ontwerp en de realisatie van een complex multi disciplinair project.
