QHSE - System & Tools Engineer

QHSE is one of the supportive departements that is involved in all Quality, Health, Safety and Evironmental matters on our projects, vessels, and in HQ. As a system & tools engineer  you will be part of a dedicated team, assigned to participate in the digital transformation of an international company. With your out of the box thinking and eagerness to innovate, you will be able to make a difference!

Your assignment

  • Work in close cooperation with internal clients (departments, projects, vessels) and show interest in their way of working, processes and activities to analyze their needs. 
  • Translate the needs into (functional) software requirements.
  • Proactively think of solutions which facilitates and optimizes the work of the clients.
  • Perform analysis of interfaces between all different systems used (data warehouse principle).
  • Develop, test and continously improve tools and applications. 
  • Keep up with new developments (mobile applications, cloud solutions,..)
  • Provide daily user support, training to new users to improve overall user knowledge.Your assignment

Your profile

  • You have experience/are educated in IT/Business analysis.
  • You are familiar with webdevelopment: HTML5 and JavaScript.
  • You know what cloud functions are and are able to call API's.
  • Being familiar with Microsoft Flow, Lintex and Sharepoint is a plus. 
  • You have an understanding of relational databases.
  • You have an interest in QHSE matters.
  • You are hands-on, analytical, eager to innovate, result and client driven. 
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
