As a Design Engineer you will focus on complex civil and maritime works (i.e. port & harbor constructions, immersed tunnels, tunneling and foundation works). We provide our client's advices and services at all stages of their projects, from early in the design phase till the end of the construction phase. Because of the wide variety of specialisations, we are looking for motivated candidates to reinforce our team.
New projects such as the Fehmarnbelt link between Denmark and Germany, the new lock of Terneuzen and many other projects, require a multidisciplinary and innovative approach.
The Design Manager oversees the design activities of the EPC projects to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach. He/She has the ability to work collaboratively with a large number of disciplines and trades, and uses BIM and Systems Engineering as tools to streamline his/her processes.

As a prevention advisor you will be part of the extensive QHSE department at DEME. You will work on multi-disciplined projects with colleagues from all over the world. You will assist in the day to day operations of the department by helping with risk assessment and evaluation, incident review and follow up, training, internal audits and maintaining the QHSE management system.

The workshop/intervention Electrician independently performs work on electrical and instrumentation systems in the workshop in Zwijndrecht, Belgium, but is flexible to be sent to a site or on board a vessel for a short period. The Electrician reports to the workshop responsible or Chief Engineer of the vessel.
