We're looking for a Junior Business Development Manager who'll strengthen DEME Concessions & corporate development team, reporting to the General Managers. The Junior Business Development Manager will be based at the Head office of the DEME Group, and be directly involved with multidisciplinary project development teams. The Junior Business Development Manager must have a desire to work in international teams and have attention to detail. The Junior Business Development Manager will be expected to be flexible in terms of location of and projects, and will need to travel frequently on a fly-in/ fly-out basis. The Junior Business Development Manager might be relocated for several months to a particular area according to the project she/he is involved in.

DEME Environmental is recruiting an R&D team member, who will work in a small dynamic and experienced team with a worldwide reputation in soil, waste and water treatment. Our R&D department supports in the design of large and often complex remediation projects, helps in the full-scale implementation at the remediation sites. The teams also supports our soil and sediment treatment centers in Belgium and abroad with respect to soil washing processes, water treatment plants, etc.
As a Project Manager for dockings you are responsible for the overall management of the project. This will include activities like major repairs, mobilisations and modifications of our fleet. Depending on the size, you will manage one or more projects simultaneously.

As a Cable Installation Engineer you will focus on a variety of challenging cable installation related topics. You will assist our tender and project teams with engineering support during both preparation and execution phase. The engineering department in Breda consist of approx. 30 employees and you will work in a close-knit, international team of 8 cable installation engineers. Together, we work on DEME’s vision of creating a sustainable future.
As a Business Unit Manager / Department Manager, you will be part of the commercial Landfalls and Umbilical’s team, you will implement and ensure the realization of the commercial and/or business plan, build and strengthen client relations as well as develop, structure and manage (commercial activities within) the assigned area/unit in line with the overall business strategy, in order to realize commercial and business objectives. Moreover, you will work on Business Development and lead a team of 17 Tender Engineers and Tender Managers.
