QHSE is one of the supporting departments that is involved in all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental matters on our projects, vessels, and in HQ. As a management assistant for the QHSE department you will be responsible for numerous administrative tasks, supporting the complete QHSE department.
This position provides accounting support across DEME business entities in Luxembourg while interacting with the Finance Manager.
Day to day tasks comprise, but are not limited to, general bookkeeping entries, preparation of VAT returns, assisting in quarterly reporting process and general ledger reconciliations.

The Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) is part of the new Procurement organization that has been established to achieve this goal. It is the task of the COE to identify and implement improvements regarding Processes & IT systems, KPI & Reporting and Data & Visibility.
