New projects such as the Fehmarnbelt link between Denmark and Germany, the new lock of Terneuzen and many other projects, require a multidisciplinary and innovative approach.
The Design Manager oversees the design activities of the EPC projects to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach. He/She has the ability to work collaboratively with a large number of disciplines and trades, and uses BIM and Systems Engineering as tools to streamline his/her processes.

G-tec is a specialised contractor and consultant in geophysics, geotechnics, engineering geology and environment and part of the DEME Offshore group. G-tec operates around the world on land and at sea with a highly qualified and motivated team of civil engineers, earth scientists, hydrographers, biologists and electronic engineers providing efficient and innovative solutions for ground investigation and hydrographic surveys, completely in line with the client's demands and requirements. As a Party chief, you will be part of the project team for our geophysical and geotechnical activities. You will collaborate with and guide employees of several nationalities and disciplines, whether that is on board of our vessels, on the project or in one of our offices.
As a Project Controls Engineer, you will analyze and monitor the project execution of our Offshore Installation projects. You will make sure projects run according to planning, and you will identify risks and opportunities and make suggestions for optimization of our activities. All in all, you will optimize our Project’s Master Schedule and contribute to an optimal realization of our project objectives. Together, we work on DEME’s vision of creating a sustainable future.
DEME's objective is to provide a healthy work environment, to promote sound work practices and a healthy lifestyle for everyone involved in our business. QHSE is therefore one of the supportive departments that is involved in all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental matters on our projects, vessels, and in HQ. As a QHSE Engineer you will be part of the team that is on site at our offshore base in Flushing in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for the day to day coordination and supervision of all QHSE related matters. The offshore base is a yard and warehouse for storage of offshore equipment, but also a location where there are activities like fabrication, repairs and mobilizations and demobilizations of vessels and equipment.
As a calculator you will be involved in marine infrastructure/civil projects (i.e. port & harbor constructions, immersed tunnels, tunneling and foundation works) that complement and reinforce DEME’s activities. The whole company has a total of 150 employees and you will be part of the tender team.
